The Valea Screzii Camp

We are a community of over 250 souls, including single mothers and children, disadvantaged children, people with disabilities, victims of domestic violence, and abandoned elderly people. We live in a picturesque landscape, in the beautiful village of Valea Screzii, in homes provided by Pro Vita Association. Our houses are bathed in sunlight and watched over by the beautiful Church on the hill.

We have a small farm with chickens, cows, donkeys, and even ponies, which keep us busy, and we grow our own fruits and vegetables. We have learned to support one another, to understand and accept each other, and to unite in faith.

Rizănești Social Center

We are 40 souls, disadvantaged children placed under the care of Pro Vita Association. We live in a family-type home on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Vălenii de Munte, which you may have heard of. Our house is near the forest, the air is fresh, it's peaceful, and sometimes we see deer, squirrels, foxes, flocks of sheep, and horses passing by. We also have dogs and cats. Sometimes, the sunset is so beautiful that everything looks like a scene from the fairy tales of Petre Ispirescu.

We didn’t come here by choice, but we choose to stay because we feel safe and cared for. Some of us don’t have families...

Pro Vita Folklore Ensemble

With passion and dedication, we have successfully created the Pro Vita Folklore Ensemble under the guidance of coordinators Ionel Bocan and Dinu Cristian. This initiative aims to preserve the richness and diversity of our national folklore, bringing together talented young people from the Pro Vita Association in Valea Plopului. The ensemble serves as a tribute to authentic traditions, a space where the energy and beauty of folklore blend with the passion and dedication of our artists.

Pro Vita Ultramarathon

Although it is an ultramarathon, "100 for Children" is an accessible marathon, as it can also be tackled as a relay with five runners. The essential goal is for the team to complete the 100-kilometer journey to the finish line! The primary purpose of the event is to raise funds for the supported cause, with all donations made through "100 for Children" being directed to Pro Vita.

Pro Vita Mini-Farm

The Pro Vita Mini-Farm is a cornerstone in fulfilling the mission of Pro Vita Association. This small farm provides our community with essential food supplies, caring for cows, sheep, goats, pigs, and chickens, all managed with dedication by our community members. More than just a source of provisions, the mini-farm also serves as an invaluable educational tool for our children. Growing up alongside animals, the little ones naturally and interactively learn about responsibility.
